Using Machine Learning Models for AMR Gene Prediction
A comparision of various supervised & unsupervised ML model techniques for antimicrobial resistance gene class abundances in post-fecal microbiota transplant patients. Built in Python using scikit-learn, XGBoost, Optuna, and SHAP.
Tracheal Implant Design Project
A design project where my team and I created, modeled, and performed tensile & compressive testing on a 3D printable trachea to forecast the improvement of implant availability. Simulations done in Autodesk Fusion 360.
BoilerRoom Blunders
An experimental social media application designed and programmed by me & my team for the course CS 18000. Built in Java.
Gacha Tao
A discord bot hosting a completely free-to-play gacha game based on the members of Hu Tao's Corner, a Genshin Impact fan server. The game included functionalities ranging from gacha, co-op raids with up to 50 people, quests, unit upgrades, storyline, and more.

I have written numerous Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical papers while I worked for Slivoskiy Lab and Eli Lilly & Company.

Every semester, I work in at least one team for a class, lab, internship, or personal project, making me well versed in collaborative work, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
Organization & Time Management
I'm incredibly self-driven and I juggle classes, extracurriculars, labwork, internships, and personal work on a day to day basis. I am highly organized and I bring that energy everywhere I work.

I hope to use my skills to merge technology, design, and engineering into impactful, user-focused solutions. I am looking for positions related to medical device development, programming, and/or biomedical consulting-- but I'm ultimately open to new challenges and experiences.
